So a friend of mine started up a website. WacoFork.com. Some people say that Waco is too small to need a restaurant directory. Well, I've lived here for 18+ years, and I've seen some of these places open up. But there are also a good number that I've never tried or even heard of!
It's true. Compared to the Austins and Dallases of these United States, Waco is small. But there are some great places to eat here. I know some of you are saying "just use Urbanspoon."
Well, have you ever tried to use Urbanspoon in a sub-urban area? It's like asking a 5-year-old if they want to eat at McDonalds,
I want the Mom and Pop diners. The hole-in-the-wall Tex-Mex. The Vietnamese cuisine that you only notice because the building has an odd pink hue to it.
